Choosing a taxi company in a foreign country comes down to trust. Before booking, most pilgrims do what you are doing now: they read the reviews. Here is an honest look at what passengers say about Haramain Transport.
Rated 5 out of 5 on Google
Haramain Transport holds a 5-star rating on Google. Passengers regularly mention punctual drivers, clean cars, polite staff, and quick replies on WhatsApp. For a service that runs on trust, that kind of consistency matters.
What reviewers mention most
Punctuality comes up again and again. Pilgrims note that drivers arrive on time, whether the pickup is tied to prayer times or a flight schedule. Cleanliness is another recurring theme: cars are checked before every pickup so families step into a tidy, comfortable vehicle. Communication also gets praise, with quick replies over WhatsApp from the first message to the final confirmation.
Fixed fares, confirmed in writing
One detail reviewers appreciate is that the fare is fixed and confirmed before travel, so there are no surprises at the end of the ride. Public fares include the Jeddah Airport to Makkah taxi at 300 SR, Jeddah Airport to Madinah at 500 SR, and Makkah to Madinah at 500 SR.
